• We only offer refund on Share Hosting, Cloud Hosting, Virtual Servers, and Dedicated Servers , if eligible.
• To receive a refund, the product or service must be cancelled beforehand.
• No refunds will be granted if your products or services are suspended or terminated for valid reasons.
• All refunds are processed in PKR or USD ($): i Nodes is not liable for any exchange rate fluctuations that occur between the payment and refund dates.
• Any processing or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds are not offered for SSL Certificates and Domain Name Registrations.
• If a domain transfer to i Nodes fails, any fees paid will be refunded as account credit.
• Please note that packages subject to Late Fees (which apply for exceeding data limits) are also non-refundable.

Refunds are not offered for Email Hosting Services, regardless of whether they are suspended or ended prior to the completion of your contract period.

Refunds for Web Hosting Packages are not permitted under the following circumstances:

• Packages bought with a discount of 30% or more.
• Packages acquired during promotional events or special deals.
• Charges associated with domain name registration or transfer
• Renewals of web hosting and similar services.
• Packages or services that were paused or cancelled for legitimate reasons.
• Complete refunds for packages are granted only if requested within the first 7 days of the purchase and provided the refund meets eligibility criteria.
